Arcadise Property Management Pte. Ltd was founded only in early 2019. The formation of this brand was due to excellent work attitude and ethics by the founders of this group which was seen and recognized by their respective Management Councils. Due to the Management Councils encouragement, Arcadise Property Management was established.
We believe in a systematic approach in all matters of the estate. From the condo manager morning schedule, up till the end of the day. The day begins with a walk about by the condo manager to ensure that everything is organized and another walk about end of the day. If there is an issue in the estate, the condo manager would be the first to know. This is one of the many systems that will be in place and will be strictly complied by our staffs. We believe the staff should know every nook and cranny of the estate.
Our Services
Undoubtedly, we will be going above and beyond in our typical Managing Agent services.
In addition, we aim to provide additional services subject to Council’s and/or MCST’s approval. Activities such as mobile café, seminars, workshops of engagement for residents (eg. Fitness workouts, holiday programs for children, sport carnivals, resident’s teambuilding etc.) and talks for Subsidiary Proprietors and tenants will be offered to the estate. Furthermore, for estates that have a percentage of tenants, we would hold yearly gathering for tenants with the Managing Agent. Since these estates have more investors than occupiers, we believe in also listening to tenants’ feedback.
